codestaffhub.com guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. Our unlimited
free Revision Policy lets you tweak your design brief anytime, free of
charge, through your account area.
If there’s a duplicate charge error, or if we fail to meet your design needs,
you’ll get a full refund. If you’re not happy with our design services, you can
ask for a refund within five days of receiving your first design. If you don’t
ask for a refund within five days, it’s assumed you’re satisfied with your
designs.
For any Special / Combo packages, refunds work the same as for single
packages.
Your refund will be processed according to the following chart:
- If you ask for a refund before we deliver the Initial concept, you’ll get a Full Refund (minus 10% service & processing fee).
- If you ask for a refund before we deliver the Initial concept, you’ll get
a Full Refund (minus 10% service & processing fee). - If you ask for a refund between 48-120 hours after receiving your
design, you’ll get a 33% refund (minus 10% service & processing fee). - No refunds will be given after 120 hours. But, we’re here to make
sure you’re happy, so please reach out if you have any issues. - If you don’t respond to us for 14 days, we’ll stop working on your
project. The files will be kept in an archive folder. To start again, you’ll
need to pay $300.
